Oser, the one who dares. This stag has been known to behave impulsively, to the point where he can be remarkably ruthless and frankly, quite foolish at times. However, he has a strong spirit and is a leader in his own right. Oser grew up with power, and he would rather like to keep it that way. He enjoys good company, and does his best to be charismatic and charming. Deep under the surface though, he realizes that he is just an ordinary horse with the extraordinary gift of being what he is: an Alpha. To his friends, he is gentle and caring, but to his rivals, he shows a cold rage. It is not easy to make enemies with Oser, but it is possible. Of course, many may dislike him, but he only considers those that he himself hates to be his rivals. All in all, Oser is a skillful leader, a strong friend, a fearless individual, and a deadly enemy.
History;;
Oser was something special from the start. Though he did not initially know it, he was born one of the four Alphas. He grew up strong and unusually healthy, bursting with vigor and spirit. His peers considered him a leader amongst them, and he was well liked within his herd. Once he matured, his father drove him out, as is the case with all young stags. However, instead of running with a group of bachelors, he set out on his own. He took to wandering the island, finding himself drawn time and time again to the western lands, but nonetheless roaming everywhere that his legs would carry him. One day after being chased by an older stag who had caught him attempting to steal one of his mares, Oser fled into the forest in search of a place to hide and a much-needed drink. Finding a bubbling creek, he lowered his head and drank deeply, not realizing that he had come upon another living creature. When he raised his head, a gorgeous young mare was standing before him. Instinctively, he sensed that she was special. Not just special in the sense that he admired her, but special in the sense that she was like himself. One of those four who would come to be known as the Alphas. From there, it was fate. It was inevitable that he took the Alpha mare zoet as his mate and led with her, he as her partner, and she as his. They were still quite young, but together, they made a powerful pair. Though they never had any foals together, they got along quite well.
Until they met the others. The others were the remaining two Alphas. Oser liked the mare, Rasta quite well, but her mate, Panic, he was uneasy about from the start. With his regal and powerful build and natural ability to lead, Panic was Oser’s first and only true rival. Panic was the only one who truly had the strength and ability to end Oser’s life if he so desired. And for this, Oser both hated and feared him. As tension escalated, so did the wars. Oser told himself that he was fighting for his life and that it was all for the best, but as time went on, he found that he rather enjoyed the battles. He rarely encountered Panic himself, mainly his warriors, who though far nobler than he, did not possess the strength of the Alphas. Changed by the bloodshed, he shed his charismatic exterior and became hardened and cold. He who had once been so daring, became paranoid and controlling, keeping his mate with him at all times. And in the end, he lost. Not the war, for nobody could claim to have won that war with the exception of Death itself. What Oser lost was his mate, his lands, and most tragically, himself.
Now he roams the West lands, repairing himself piece by broken piece. It has been five years, and removed from the fighting, he is much like his older self once again. He has relearned chivalry, strength, and civility, but he has two things left to mend. His deep and silent hatred of Panic still lurks beneath his skin. Oser must learn forgiveness. And his first heart, his loving heart, still beats under his smooth hide, waiting to be awakened. Oser needs someone to bring out love.
