Apodis easily supported her weight upon his small golden frame. Though small he had a bounty of muscle, mostly from his training days. "You doing okay there Rasta?" he spoke softly rather casually, just a simple way of chatting to her, to make sure she were still conscious, still working with him. A simpler way of keeping his mind at ease. The huge storm rolled in quickly, the suns rays ever bloted from the terquiose sky. For who knew how long this darkness, this storm would last. It wasn't making the place any pretty, just dull, lifeless and rather bleak. He pulled them into a small cave like area, now fully satisfied that he had lead her to safty. Pulling away from the little blind mare he turned to face her. "I dear hope this storm won't last to ling,I do not like being stuck in one place for too long. As soon as possible I would like to move on from here." Apodis spoke more formally this time, more like his usual being. He carefully watched the palor mare, making sure she was stable on her feet again.

Rasta bobbed her head and allowed her voice to speak up just enough to be heard over the blowing wind. "Yes. I'm doing fine," she said, sidestepping a little so as not to trip over a root that was sticking out from the ground. And then, as soon as they hit the cave she allowed her body to rest up against the cold wall of the cave, waiting for the storm to pass out quickly. At that moment, a red- tailed hawk that was seemingly see through and yet glowing flew into the cave, lighting up the walls and sending an eery glow throughout the vicinity. Of course, she couldn't see it, but she could feel it. She could feel a warming sensation slide through her body and as she thought about it all soon she could hear the thoughts from this hawk, describing her surroundings. Confusion flooded through her system, though she didn't show it. She simply stood there, still and as if nothing had happened. It would be very strange and part of her believed she were even dreaming this. After all, only crazy people could think of things such as this. She had to be going insane, right? Apodis slinked right in next to the fae. Shielding her from this strange bird, seemingly to be ghost like. It unsettled his nerves, causing his protective side to go into over drive. He grabbed out at the bird only finding that his teeth just flashed through it. Gasping he backed up into the Fae almost pushing her into the cave wall. He began to panic, raising up onto his hind legs, pawing out at the strange creature. He had never ever in his life, never seen anything like this before. It was strange and he did not like it one bit, not at all. Panic striken with confusion was never a good mix, Apodis breached the ground with a hefty thump, pawing menacingly and throwing his weight around, all but forgetting that Rasta was standing in the cave along with him. He felt the tip of his hooves graze the skin of something warm and soft, instantaneously calming down, he turned glancing at the Fae horror washed over his face. What had he done?

The golden mare was slammed into the wall, for the first time able to see what was going on, even though it was from more of an upward angle, and she could see herself. It was helpful though. But, he was freaking out. How on earth was he a protector? He couldn't even stay calm with the hawk in the cave. Snorting in annoyance she felt his hooves graze her skin, drawing blood. She cried out, rearing up a little and snapping out at him. "What the hell was that for?" she hissed, pain radiating in her voice as she winced and shook her head, pulling herself back into calm. She snorted once and wished for the hawk to sit upon her back. That of which, it immediately did, spreading it's wings out in a slightly threatening motion and then curling them up at it's sides, but not before circling his head to scare him first. She shook out her coat, and the patronus lifted for a moment, waiting for her back to become steady again before sitting down. "Say hello to my Patronus." she said, tilting her head back to where the hawk was upon her back... [/blockquote] ==Into the Mind . 203 words . The Lonely Christina Perri . lol Rasta got mad[/size]

Apodis whirled round to face the Fae. Ignoring the bird, though it wings flap sounded through his mind, bugging him toying with him. He so wanted to reach out and squash the creature, get rid of it once and for all. Apodis did not like the vibes radiating from it, the way It's eyes seemed to twitch, watching his every move. He felt so bad, so very devastated. He hadn't meant to hurt her, it was just the thing, that thing just scared him, that was all. "I'm sorry! I truely am ever so sorry I really didn't mean to honest, I just got scared by your patronos, I've herd of them but I've never witnessed one with my own eyes. It freaked me out a little. Can you forgive my mistake please?" he bowed his head and lowered his body a little, kind of in a way of giving ones self to her. He glanced up at her, straining just his eyes as for he didnt want to move just yet. The bird now purched upon her light golden pelt, seemingly mocking him, it even appeared to be smiling at him, grining with such verbrence.

Rasta bobbed her head gently, allowing her mane to slide back and forth in the process as she shifted her neck up and down. The hawk didnt seem all to pleased with the situation but if she insisted on having him around them then the hawk would deal with the situation it was placed in. "But a simple mistake..." she said before nudging his shoulder in forgiveness and shaking off the stiffness it was granting her. She could feel warmth sliding into the cave and the hawks eyesight proved to her that it was beginning to become light outside, no matter how cold it really was. Maybe it was time to start moving again now that the storm seemed to have disappeared. [/blockquote] ==Into the Mind .124 words .From phone .Sorry. "But a simple mistake..." The Fae spoke, confusing him a little, was she forgiving him or was she just talking to herself. He felt the warth of her nose press agaisnt his shoulder, he was tence, but she seemed to want him to relax. Doing so he looked up to her, watching the hawk out the corner of his eye. He pulled himself up so that he was now standing again. "So i am forgiven, Yes?" He glanced at her with mahogany orbs, "Thank you" He spoke once more an nodded his head. And just like that Light beamed through and into the cave, shiney down onto the both equines. His coat shined in the light, dapples becoming clear as rain once more. The storm had most likey passed by. He stood wondering what the extent of the damage could be. He walked out into the clearing, his eyes burning from the sudden light, though they soon adjusted. By the looks of it not much damage had been done, but the air felt cold. Winter was here.
