Okay. so we were discussing the patronuses and what could be picked. For example: Tou was talking about a maned wolf, and paddeh already has a wolf...would that be allowed? Because they look completely different in their shape, but they are both wolves, so no one could pick the other wolf? Like, someone picks a bald eagle, you couldn't pick a golden eagle because they look very similar, just with different color. And with the patronus, the color doesn't show up anyway because its in spiritual form.
So, I think you need to clarify a bit more on what's allowed and what's not? I think we understand that if they look the same, like two similar wolves/birds/etc, you can't do that, but if they look completely different? What then? :o
Edit;; Oh! and what about fighting? It says you have to kill someone's patronus too, but they're like ghosts? Deshy said something about each other's patronus fighting the other, but what if you don't have one? Edit Again;; Tou also wanted to know how you are supposed to summon the patronus.

I think we should consider appearance. For example, a golden eagle and a bald eagle would be okay in my opinion because they're really not the same. Even though you can't see the colors, there are still different shades of gray that would differentiate them in black and white. If we take care to really describe the Patronus, I don't think it would be that big of an issue.
The main reason why I'm posting this is because I also had a question. I was looking into getting a bear patronus for one of my characters, but we have a bear. However, a lot of bears could potentially look the same that aren't the same.
One last thing: what do we do if a member chooses a patronus and stops playing down the line? I know in the past we've had people dropped with the activity checks, so in the future, what happens to the patronus of their character? The character goes up for adoption, but does the patronus go with it? Or is it up to the new owner to decide on a patronus for their adoptable? [/size]
