So, I was talking with Appy that if Whisky and Rama fought, and Whisky won, would the south be his? We both agree that it makes sense but smoky also added the immortality issues again. Maybe it could end up 'passing-on' to the next Alpha? Idk, just wanted to put this out here, and possibly get a solid answer ;).

On the staff board, what has pretty much been discussed so far that immortality can't pass on and can be shared only by the Alphas that already possess it. When immortality is shared, its power also weakens, to prevent oversharing.
What also seems to have generally agreed upon on the staff board is what would be a new battling policy for the war:
"What I think we should do is establish a 5 battle policy. Two horses at the head of the battle, each representing a side of the conflict, will fight. The winner chalks up one victory for their side in that land. When one side wins 3 battles (out of a possible set of five), the land is considered under their power. (So for example, if Oser or Oser's warriors were to win 3 battles in the West, he would have reclaimed it). To prevent a tug of war, once a land has been conquered, the losing side must wait one season before initiating another set of 5 battles. Does this seem logical?"
If that policy goes into play, the 3/5 battle thing would affect that too. So, idk. I'm going to put a suggestion up on the staff board to make some of the discussions viewable by everyone so that we all know what's up (:
Basically, if Whisky decided that he wanted to rise up against Rama as an independent faction, I'd say that he could try. It's just that I think the above rules would apply. [/size]

Okays this is what i think.
So since Shika was not in the south to defend her lands, Rama potentially controlls them. But if she were to come back, she can technically kick him out her lands. Okays so this is rama and hes a hunger driven crazed guy. So your thinking thats insane right? Each Alpha can grab their lands back pretty easily. Some might come to a fight, but if you were to 'talk' it out, or even like command them to leave, it can weaken them mentally for a little since it was your lands in the first place. Rama might be the hardest to go against though. But an Aplha can always claim their lands back. Then after one game month or season, they are aloud to try once again, since technically they didnt really 'give' up, but was just detered away. Then where it says 'lead by' it would say the right alpha, but also attempted control by ________'insert name here' and they can then technically come back and try once more. We could then take this into fights and have like what shady said implied here. 3/5 battles and its their land now.
