Aspasia is not an outstandingly different mare, at least according to her disposition, her nature. She's very quiet, seldom choosing to voice her thoughts. She's spiritual. Her instinct is to find the good in people before finding the poorer side. She loves and trusts too freely- this, perhaps, is her fatal flaw. She will walk into the lion's mouth and trust that it will not snap shut- even as the jaws begin to close. She prefers to watch the going-ons of the world, staying out of conflict and letting dreams sweep her away. She's kind and gentle, and cares for others greatly. She easily weeps, and wishes never to disappoint someone else. Children are very dear to her.

Aspasia has always been a solitary creature, seldom devoting her time to those around her. Her dam and sire had raised her only to speak when spoken to, as the children in her herd were taught such a lesson from the moment they could understand. Being that she was never really conversed with- the dreamer tended to wander off by herself- it became habitual to stay silent. One summery afternoon Aspasia wandered off, as was typical, but when she meandered back for the night she found the herd missing. Panicked, she searched for days to find them- they never went far, at least not that she remembered- but, after a while, she gave up and let herself be alone. After all, she appreciated life far more in solitude.
