Sheba appearances deceive; fools believe------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ And what's your name, gorgeous? That's for me to know and for you to find out, I suppose. No really. I insist... Perhaps if you say 'please'...Please. It's Sheba if you must know....As in Queen of? As if you had to ask.And how do you pronounce that? shee bahSo, a pretty thing like you must be part Arabian, huh? Full, actually.Prove it. Look at me. Fifteen hands, light grey coat, dished face, big brown eyes. That enough for you?Yes, quite enough. And how many summers have you seen? I'll have you know that's not a polite question. But six, if you're asking anyway. How old are you?All right, let's move on! How are you feeling? I don't.Excuse me? I don't feel.Whatever. We can just check your files ourselves if you don't want to answer. Maybe we can see a few juicy secrets that might be tucked away in there as well... You're clever, aren't you? Physical health: 70/100 recently gave birth, not getting much to eat due to the season Mental health: 80/100 scheming, as always, though the stress of having a foal is taking its toll Oh, a foal, really? How did that happen? I think you can figure it out. However, if you want aaaalll of the details, you can read about it here. So, does Rama know? Now he does. No way he's getting near it though.Do I sense a little tension? Perhaps.Do tell... There's nothing to tell. Only that a darling little buckskin seems to think he's her mate. No matter. I will see to her when I don't have this foal to worry about.Interesting. So, got a territory or a herd? Now, why would I lock myself into either of those?Oh, but you must have had at some point! What about your family? I never knew my sire. My mother is not worth knowing. I have no siblings, and I have been on my own from early on. I do not have a family.I see. Let's hear about some of those you've met. I have met Keanu, Raine, Song, Sobrius, Vigor, Nicaske, a nameless warrior [Scath] Ramaskith, and that darling little buckskin who calls herself Sonalane Any enemies? I should think it would be quite obvious.Friends? A mare like myself does not have friends. Friends betray.A mate? No, merely a lover, Ramaskith.Interesting. And how did you meet this lovely cast of characters? Past and present threads: the waiting game //repost -The Lonliness, the Emptiness- // limits ||= Little Puppet Boy // red and black ||= You Give Love a Bad Name and // let the games beginDo you enjoy meeting new horses? I don't particularly enjoy meeting new horses. I enjoy twisting them.Er, unusual. What else do you like to do in your spare time? Got a hobby? I enjoy: controlling those around me finding weakness in others instigating and then watching a good fight (between others of course) my independence in a word, powerOkay, given that, I'm rather hesitant to ask, but anything you don't like? Of course: cowardice fear lack of control unpredictability that darling little mare who seems to have wormed her way into my storyThat was better than I expected. Shall we move on? Describe your personality. I'm afraid that it's a rather impossible task. You see, I'm not just an open book lying around for you to read. There are hidden pages, even entire hidden chapters to my story, and to understand my personality, you would have to know the secrets of my past. Perhaps, though I shall simplify myself and describe my personality as you know it so far. I am a walking contradiction, beautiful but deceitful, flirtatious yet scheming. One minute I'm for you, and within the next, I'm against you. You see, it all depends on how the game is going. I've had my moments of passion, but they are typically stifled by my cool and calculating mind. The mind cannot feel. I do not feel. If you want to know more, you may read about my personality as described from the outsider's point of view.So shall we wrap it up with an up-to-date history? As I explained, it is a long tale with several chapters. Many of them are hidden within the threads, but I will grant you this extract of my early history. In the spring, I met Raine, Keanu, Song, and Ramaskith. Raine, I despised for her poise but hapily discovered her fear of blood. Keanu, I avoided for because of his fear; it reminded me of my mother's paranoia. Song's strength I admired, but she lacked the patience required to inflict lasting pain. And I found a lover in Rama, who has has a secret that is deliciously evil. I also briefly encountered the Alpha of the West lands. In the early days of summer, I followed Ramaskith's trail. We encountered a buckskin mare claiming to be his former mate, and forced to bargain for my life, I revealed to Rama that I was indeed carrying his foal. I managed to survive a large earthquake that seems to have hit the East lands especially hard. Throughout the fall, I kept rather poor company with a decidedly un-twistable insane stag called Sobrius. We parted when I left hm after a disagreement. As the first flakes of winter snow fell, I delivered my first foal, Vici, prematurely. We shall see if he survives. I began to search for a warrior to train Rama's foal in the art of war. To my delight, in the process, I stumbled across an elixir that will guarantee my life for the next six years. Most recently, I have met a nameless stag who has begun training Vici and have encountered another mare, Nicaske who enjoys playing mind games as well. *sneak peek* Fluffy foot foals to come soon! Sheba x ScathWhat would you imagine that the future holds for you?Patience pays. All in time my eyes shall see: the training of my foal, sired by Ramaskith the disappearance of darling SonalaneAny final thoughts?Patience. Patience.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And how old are you, Bon? I'm six summers old.Ah, what it's like to be young! So, let's check those records. Must be pretty good health-wise, huh? Physical health: 75/100 a little tired from escaping a dangerous snowdrift, recently suffered a minor head injury Mental health: 70/100 lost a little of his memory leading up to his minor head wound, the confusion of growing up'The confusion of growing up,' hmm? Would that imply that there's a mare in the picture, my friend? I..er...well...uh...Are you blushing? Guys, he's blushing! C'mon now, we're all friends here, you can tell us... b-but, no, it's...you don't understand!Oh, but we do, Bon, oh, but we do. What did you think?Rasta is my queen, and I intend to serve her in any way possible. Since meeting her, I have promised not to leave the north, in case she has need of me. Now that the war is rumored to have begun again, I am on my way back to her, trying to find her.Fascinating. And how did you meet the others?Past and present threads: !! Miss Murder the seeker how do you sleep? // somebody to loveWhat do you think they'd say about your personality? I've been told that a record may be found here, though I'm not allowed to see it myself. Now, everyone has some pet peeves. What are some of yours? Well...I don't like being alone. Or...left behind. And I can't stand when anyone underestimates me because of my size!Sounds reasonable enough. So, what about anything in particular you like? Besides Amuna, that is. What? I--I--I never said--! I like company. I value nobility and selflessness and have ever since I encountered a warrior as a foal. And I love telling stories!Aww, you're so cute when you blush. So you like telling stories? Entertain us with a little of your history! I was born into a world that was much like the sunshine after a huge thunderstorm. I experienced nothing of the great war, only heard tales of it from some of the older horses in my herd. Once when I was quite young, a warrior horse encountered our herd as we drank together at the same stream. Small as I was, I looked up to this horse and admired his immense size and his bravery. This, aside from his elders’ tales, is all I know of the war. I grew up happy and playful, with many companions among my peers. I was never a leader though, and when it came time for us to leave the herd, I left with a small band of bachelor stallions. They were my friends and my family, and we had fun roaming together for the first few months. However, they matured faster than I did and soon left our group one by one for mares of their own. The bachelor herd dwindled down to almost nothing and I lost the majority of my playmates and companions. When the last of my friends had gone, I despaired at my own solitude. Paying no mind to the borders between the lands, I set out roaming, looking for any company I could get. My prayers were answered when I stumbled upon Scath and Rasta in the middle of a storm. I stayed with them for a few days after the storm passed, all the while realizing that Rasta was none other than the Alpha of the North. I was not meant to continue on with them, though. While I was with them, I had a dream...it made me realize that they were a pair and that I had to find a mate of my own. She has no color nor breed, but she is out there. I've been on a quest to find her. In my travels, I have also met Tari and Isolde, passing time with each in turn. I am grateful to them for their company, but they were not who I sought. So I moved on. Now that the war has begun, I am on my way back to Rasta, as I promised her before I left. I intended to offer her my services...and I will....just as soon as you settle things with Amuna, correct? Kidding again, kidding! Shall we wrap it with your thoughts on your future?I intend to fight for Rasta in the approaching war. If I survive, I hope that one day I will find the mare I have been seeking. If not, I will continue to roam the lands nonetheless, making friends and helping those I can.
